Protect customers, merchandise, and store operations as a Walmart Asset Protection Associate in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.

This position supports a protected, secure, and professional store environment through patrols, observation, communication, and teamwork. You will help prevent financial and physical loss, reduce shrink, and support store profitability. The work includes investigations, emergency procedures, reporting, and external apprehensions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features
- Investigate shrink incidents and communicate findings to leadership
- Support internal, external, and organized retail crime investigations
- Assist evacuation procedures and store task team responsibilities
- Conduct external apprehensions when required and authorized

Requirements:

- Age 16 or older
- Security Guard License
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to complete repetitive stocking, zoning, and organizing tasks
