Deliver exceptional customer service as a Keyholder at Rexall while managing product information, payments, and customer inquiries accurately. Workweeknights and weekends are required.

This Keyholder role supports Rexall’s health and wellness retail operations. You will enter product information, accept cash or credit, answer inquiries, and complete stock counts and orders. The position also includes opening and closing the store, following applicable procedures, and protecting keys and access codes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to Rexall customers
- Enter product information accurately during transactions
- Accept cash or credit payments
- Perform stock counts and orders for designated areas
- Open and close the store while following procedures

Requirements:

- One to two years of retail experience is an asset
- Efficient time management skills
- Robust verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with computer applications
- Willingness to work weeknights and weekends

Use communication, computer, and retail skills to support Rexall customers while completing accurate Keyholder duties.
