Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part time Sales Lead drives results and supports associates on the floor. You will promote brand initiatives, deliver customer experiences, and provide feedback that helps improve performance. The position also supports operations when management is away.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote brand initiatives and drive sales across all channels
- Coach associates through feedback and floor guidance
- Share performance insights with store management
- Follow payment, discount, return, and loss prevention procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising, displays, restocking, and backstore tasks

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of retail or service management experience
- Deep interest in fashion and customer-first service
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Ability to stand and lift up to 35 pounds
