As a Personal Support Worker with Sienna Senior Living, you will understand residents’ experiences and build relationships with residents and families. You will support daily activities, health, well-being, and meaningful participation. Your work contributes to a home culture focused on helping residents live fully each day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming through individualized care plans
- Assist residents with communication tools, glasses, and hearing devices
- Keep mobility aids, assistive devices, and call bells accessible
- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support




- Encourage participation in individual and group resident programs

Requirements:

- Complete an accredited Personal Support Worker program
- Or hold a recognized nursing degree as an Internationally Educated Nurse
- Deliver safe bedside care, straightforward treatments, and procedures
- Communicate tactfully with residents, families, colleagues, and visitors
- Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and meet Canadian work eligibility
