This position supports Greystar’s rental housing properties through repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready preparation. You will diagnose service-request issues, complete maintenance tasks, and document work accurately. The role also supports property safety, cleanliness, appearance, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance assignments
- Diagnose defects and make repairs following safety standards
- Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins
- Track maintenance supplies, tools, equipment, and inventory usage




- Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas

Requirements:

- EPA Type 1 and II or Universal certification, if applicable
- Required state and local certifications for Service Technicians
- Valid driver's license for golf cart operation, if applicable
