Registered Early Childhood Educators at BrightPath Kids support children’s development through curriculum planning and family collaboration in Mill Street, Ontario. This full time role offers no evenings or weekends.

As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, you will work alongside teachers and families to create a home away from home. You will implement BrightPath’s curriculum, assess children’s abilities and needs, and discuss progress with parents and staff. The position requires at least two years of experience and supports classroom organization, safety, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement BrightPath’s child development curriculum
- Maintain an environment protecting children’s well-being
- Assess children’s abilities, interests,



and needs
- Discuss children’s progress with parents and staff
- Build collaborative relationships with families and coworkers

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of experience
- Good-standing membership with Ontario College of ECE
- Registered Early Childhood Educator designation
- Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
- Current immunization and health assessment
