Structural Truss Systems is hiring a permanent, full-time Builder/General Labourer at its Fort MacLeod manufacturing facility. The afternoon shift includes scheduled evening hours Monday through Friday. This position involves reading truss layouts, inspecting lumber, and completing accurate builds for residential, commercial, and agricultural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble trusses accurately according to layouts and instructions
- Review layouts and inspect pre-cut lumber quality
- Use hand tools and power tools during builds
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dispose of waste
- Perform maintenance and report tool or machine issues

Requirements:

- Read and understand truss layout designs
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- Use imperial and metric measuring tapes
- Perform lifting, hammering, and jig work throughout shifts
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly
