The Part-Time Support Associate contributes across front-of-house and back-of-house operations while priorities change throughout the day. You may act as greeter, runner, cashier, phone support, shipment handler, or stock room organizer. The position suits a resourceful, collaborative individual comfortable working in a high-volume customer-driven retail environment. Tory Burch’s luxury lifestyle collections include ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear, accessories, jewelry, home, and beauty. Open availability is required to meet business needs, including evenings, overnights, holidays, and weekends. Occasional overnight travel may also be required.

Key Responsibilities:





- Support product flow through organized stock room operations
- Pack and unpack incoming retail shipments
- Answer store phones and assist customers
- Serve as greeter, runner, or cashier as needed
- Follow operational policies and procedures

Requirements:

- One to two years of high-volume retail experience
- Customer-driven retail background required
- Resourceful, collaborative, motivated, and productive approach
- Availability for flexible schedules, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and climb ladders
