Lead renewable energy and carbon-reduction infrastructure projects at Blackstone Energy Services in Toronto, managing delivery, budgets, schedules, and customer outcomes. As Director, Project Management, you will oversee distributed generation, energy efficiency, electrification, and carbon-reduction projects. Your work spans feasibility, construction, commissioning, training, and close-out. You will lead teams delivering HVAC, heat pumps, building automation, energy storage, solar PV, and related infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from feasibility through construction, commissioning, and close-out Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Coordinate project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and trades Oversee procurement, contracts, changes, risks,



and project records Support technical delivery, customer training, and system turnover Requirements:

10+ years of built-setting project management experience Experience with energy performance contracts, retrofits, HVAC controls, and renewables Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or construction management Licensed Engineer in Ontario required Proficiency with MS Project, financial accounting, and MS Office Bring project leadership, energy infrastructure expertise, and commercial accountability to Blackstone’s customer-focused climate solutions.
