These roles are not just jobs; they embody the heart and soul of our purpose‑driven culture, centered on cultivating happiness in everyday life.Job SummaryThe Roving Sales Advisor plays a critical role in promoting and maintaining the occupancy of our retirement home by building relationships with prospective residents and their families, showcasing community amenities and services, guiding prospects through the decision‑making process, and ensuring that all aspects of the sales process align with our Purpose, Visions & Values.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on‑site support across GTA locations and travel as needed for sales development and implementation of the community marketing plan.Coordinate promotional activities.Hold primary responsibility for all sales functions, including lead management, documentation, reporting, touring/retouring and follow‑up.Create, maintain,
