Auto body estimating and repair coordination define this on-site Clutch role. Work Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, with a shift premium.

As an Auto Body Estimator, you will support Clutch’s reconditioning facility team. Review vehicle damage photos, estimate repair costs, coordinate repair shops, and schedule appointments. You will also organize invoices, maintain records, and keep management and internal teams informed about repair status.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review damaged vehicle photos and estimate repair costs
- Coordinate shop quotes, pricing, and service details
- Schedule appointments with repair facilities
- Process invoices and maintain organized records
- Resolve discrepancies and communicate repair updates

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Clear communication with management, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to analyze estimate, scheduling, and invoice discrepancies
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
- Comfort working in office in a reconditioning facility
