Use Excel and data validation skills as a Customer Data Technician Student in Kitchener, Winnipeg, or Ottawa on a hybrid work arrangement.

This temporary full-time student position runs four months from January through April. You will integrate carrier data feeds into WealthServ, validate records, reconcile discrepancies, and support onboarding for clients, advisors, and books of business. Financial Horizons operates independently within Canada Life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate external data feeds into WealthServ accurately
- Review integration results and address system rejections
- Reconcile beneficiaries, plan types, demographics, and contact details
- Remove duplicate clients, plans, and records
- Support migrations, onboarding, milestones,



and data mapping

Requirements:

- Current second-year-or-higher post-secondary student in a related discipline
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Understanding of system data integration and validation
- Robust analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Canadian college or university enrollment throughout the work term

Develop practical WealthServ, reconciliation, and data-quality experience while supporting Financial Horizons’ client and advisor information.
