We're looking for people who want to learn a real skill, work with their hands, and be part of a team that is still building something new.The RoleAs a Hand Roll & Sushi Crew Member, you are not hidden in the back of a kitchen all day. You will work right at the counter, rolling and plating in full view of our guests, talking with them, and being part of the experience, not just the kitchen. It is part craft, part hospitality: hands-on food work without being stationed over a hot grill for an eight-hour shift.No kitchen experience needed.
