As a Member Services Representative, you will handle day-to-day transactions while serving member-owners professionally. You will answer inquiries, identify relevant products and services, recommend deposit and credit products, and process electronic funds transfers. Branch teams will also receive operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately process financial transactions and electronic funds transfers
- Follow credit union policies, compliance, security, and risk procedures
- Recommend deposit and credit products based on member needs
- Support deposits, Member Ownership Rewards, and credit card targets




- Conduct outbound calls for service and credit union initiatives

Requirements:

- Previous customer service, retail, banking, or financial services experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, accurate, and organized approach
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
