Semtech is seeking an Engineering Intern to support Recent Product Introduction within the NPI Product Engineering Team in Burlington, Canada. The intern will work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on early-stage development through production transfer, building expertise in high‑performance optical and mixed-signal ICs using CMOS/BiCMOS tech.

You will contribute to testability requirements, data analysis, and documentation, while developing skills in wafer-level and bench testing,
