At Schlegel Villages, the Maintenance Team Member supports The Village of Tansley Woods and its resident-centered culture. You will complete varied work across the Village, including painting, floor upkeep, plumbing, electrical repairs, and heating or cooling maintenance. Professional, respectful service is central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality maintenance services to residents
- Complete repairs and routine scheduled work
- Perform painting and floor repair or upkeep
- Maintain electrical and heating or cooling systems
- Respect residents’ rights, dignity, and personal items

Requirements:

- Ability to work at heights and outdoors
- Understanding of physical maintenance expectations
- Knowledge of infection control and WHMIS
- Awareness of fire alarms, sprinklers, and call systems
- Skill operating common hand and power tools
