Support store operations, cash handling, and team performance at Lush Cosmetics North America’s Conestoga Mall location on a temporary part time schedule.

As Floor Leader, you will support the Store Management Team while leading sales associates across the shop floor. Your work spans opening and closing, cash reconciliation, deposits, attendance, merchandising, inventory, and policy compliance. You will also coach employees, review communications, and help maintain a prepared, organized store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage transactions, registers, cash drawers, and nightly deposits
- Secure the store during opening and closing procedures
- Monitor breaks, attendance, and daily store communications




- Support inventory tasks and fresh product standards
- Maintain compliance with company and safety procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum one year cash handling experience
- Experience with opening and closing procedures
- Supervisory experience with feedback and training
- Problem-solving experience in day-to-day customer service operations
