Reporting to the Manager of Development Planning, the Planning Technician handles diverse planning-related tasks. The position supports development application review, current planning, zoning, official community plan work, land use changes, and urban design planning projects. It also involves interpreting technical information, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to public inquiries directed to the Planning Department
- Research property information for planning-related activities
- Assist with development application review processes




- Support current planning and zoning activities
- Contribute to urban design planning projects

Requirements:
