Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in the Food department. This role involves preparing, serving, and maintaining high-quality food items in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer interaction skills, and a commitment to cleanliness and safety standards. This position offers an prospect to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience in the food industry. This could include casino floor, buffet, lounge, banquets or room service.

Key Accountabilities

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation standards




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, and dining areas
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are strictly followed at all times
- ensures beverages are prepared according to house policies and adheres to all liquor and health polices
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating stock as needed
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing their needs promptly
- Follow health department regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Assist with special event setups or catering requests as required
- Manage other initiatives or duties as required
