Eureka 89, the premium dining and events space atop Eureka Tower in Melbourne, is seeking a casual Commis Chef to join a quick-paced kitchen brigade. The role offers hands-on experience across menus, canapés, desserts, and mise en place, supported by experienced chefs and opportunities to take ownership of your section.

Ideal candidates are hungry to learn, with at least 1 year in a similar kitchen, a formal culinary qualification, and a safety‑mocused mindset.
