This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate, scalable, and high quality data movement across platforms, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce data structures and APIs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain ETL processes with a strong focus onSalesforce data integration and migrationBuild and optimizedata pipelines between Salesforce and SQL Server environmentsAnalyze Salesforce objects, relationships, and metadata to develop effective migration and integration strategiesDevelop ETL solutions from scratch or enhance existing integrations involving SalesforceExtract and transform Salesforce data usingSOQL and API based integrationsImplement scheduling, orchestration, and automation of ETL workflows including Salesforce data loadsTranslate complex business logic into efficient SQL and ETL processes aligned with Salesforce data modelsDesign, code, and debug ETL processes and participate in code reviewsPerform unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and downstream systemsPromote ETL solutions across environments using SSIS and deployment best practicesDocument ETL processes, Salesforce data mappings, and transformation rulesCollaborate with architects, analysts, DBAs, and business stakeholders to resolve data and integration challengesProvide regular status updates, estimates,



and risk identificationEvaluate and recommend current tools and technologies for Salesforce data integrationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field5 to 7 plus years of experience as an ETL Developer in data warehouse environmentsStrong hands on experience withSalesforce data integration and migrationProficiency inSOQL and Salesforce data structures including standard and custom objectsExperience working with Salesforce APIs, data extraction, and bulk data operationsStrong expertise inSQL Server, T SQL, and stored proceduresExperience withSSIS for ETL development and deploymentSolid understanding of data mapping and data transformation conceptsExperience optimizing and debugging SQL queries and stored proceduresFamiliarity withdata migration between Salesforce and relational databasesKnowledge of PL SQL scripting is an assetExperience working with MS Access and legacy data sourcesStrong data analysis skills with attention to data quality and integrityPreferred SkillsExperience integrating Salesforce with healthcare or regulated data environmentsKnowledge of Salesforce data governance, security, and best practicesFamiliarity with middleware or integration platforms is an assetAbility to convert complex business requirements into scalable ETL processesSoft SkillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervisionStrong problem solving and analytical thinkingAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesEffective communication with technical and non technical stakeholdersBenefitsCasual dressPay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
