The YMCA of Southwestern Ontario seeks a developer to support employment goals through participant recruitment, individualized planning, and work experience coordination. The position researches labour market information, adapts services to changing circumstances, and follows organizational policies. Preferred locations include London, Windsor, Chatham, Sarnia, and the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess participant needs within organizational mandates and resources
- Connect employers based on participant goals and interests
- Complete work experience paperwork under funder requirements




- Adapt programming while meeting participant and employer deadlines
- Act as a YMCA ambassador demonstrating core values

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in employment counselling or related fields
- Robust organizational, planning, written, and verbal skills
- Regular vehicle access for local employment services travel
- Second-language knowledge considered an asset
- Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check required
