Working with the Service Desk team, you will prioritize pick lists, locate merchandise, and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize orders according to required fulfillment timing
- Read COM orders and notes in the system
- Pack orders to withstand delivery truck turbulence
- Create holding space for delivery orders
- Move freight safely between staging areas and overheads

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, action-oriented approach
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight hours
- Reach truck and order picker machine knowledge is an asset
