As a Sales Associate, you will educate novice and veteran guests about recreational cannabis and vape offerings. Your work combines customer engagement, product guidance, suggestive selling, and secure purchasing practices. You will also support stock, cleaning, audits, events, and keyholder coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate knowledge across cannabis and vape products
- Guide guests toward safe and enjoyable experiences
- Verify customer ages under AGCO and provincial requirements
- Participate in events, safety inspections, and internal audits
- Support receiving shipments, organizing stock, and rotating products

Requirements:

- At least 19 years of age
- Valid CannSell Certification provided before start date
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Experience operating POS systems and handling cash
- Ability to lift stock boxes up to 40 pounds
