Lead Pacific Link engineering design and technical assurance at Trans Mountain in a full time, in-office leadership role. Apply pipeline expertise across complex facilities. As Director, Engineering, you will provide end-to-end accountability for Pacific Link facilities, terminals, pipeline, and block valve stations. You will direct integrated engineering teams, oversee engineering providers, and support approved safety, scope, cost, schedule, quality, regulatory, and operational objectives. The position reports to the Vice President, Pipeline and Project Services. Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering from project definition through startup and turnover Direct design development, technical assurance,



and interface resolution Prepare executive decision materials and recommendations Coordinate engineering priorities across project delivery functions Support construction, commissioning, testing, and operational readiness Requirements:

Post-secondary education in Engineering 20+ years leading major pipeline engineering design Professional Engineer designation or Canadian registration eligibility preferred Experience directing multidisciplinary owner teams and engineering providers Strong project controls, commercial, regulatory, and risk-management knowledge Bring executive decision-making, pipeline engineering, and lifecycle delivery leadership to Trans Mountain’s Pacific Link portfolio.
