Put food preparation and baking skills to work with Westview Co-op’s bakery team. Serve Members and Guests while preparing, packaging, and presenting products.

As a Bakery Team Member reporting to the Bakery Manager, you will help operate the bakery according to Co-op values and brand expectations. Your responsibilities span baking, merchandising, product handling, ordering, receiving, food safety, and cleanliness. The position requires equipment use, including ovens and slicers, plus frequent heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform bakery food preparation and baking tasks
- Package and merchandise products for Members and Guests
- Use ovens and slicers as required
- Receive and order products accurately
- Promote a culture of workplace safety

Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Positive, approachable, and motivated attitude
- Drive to learn and develop skills
- Quality communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and evenings
