Assemble electronic components at Photon Control Inc., using hand soldering and precise component placement. This manufacturing role reports to the Production Manager.

As a Production Assembler, you will prepare, place, install, test, and complete electronic component assemblies. The work includes custom parts, mixed assemblies, mechanical assembly, repairs, touch-ups, and modifications. You will also support packaging, shipping, training, quality initiatives, 5S, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manually assemble electronic components to procedures and quality standards
- Perform hand soldering, testing, and component installation
- Complete mechanical assembly, repairs, touch-ups, and modifications
- Pack and ship final assemblies as required
- Participate in training, 5S, quality, and safety initiatives

Requirements:

- Previous manufacturing workplace experience
- Basic Excel experience
- Knowledge of electronic component handling standards preferred
- Manual soldering and hands-on manufacturing skills preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
