Support special diets and allergies at Camp Mini-Yo-We while preparing meals and serving campers, staff, and guest groups. Work across camp kitchens throughout summer.

As a Dietary Specialist on the Food Service Team, you will help create a positive food service experience. Spring responsibilities include preparing meals, learning kitchens, systems, recipes, and approaches to special diets. During July and August, you will support individuals with dietary needs while assisting regular meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with parents about campers’ dietary needs
- Plan meals for individuals requiring special diets
- Prepare and deliver meals at set times
- Assist volunteers preparing regular guest meals
- Learn camp kitchens, systems, recipes, and procedures

Requirements:

- Interest in nutrition services and cooking
- Ability to follow Camp Mini-Yo-We community guidelines
- G2 or G license preferred
- Availability from May 9 to September 1, 2027
