This Cashier and Reception Coordinator position supports customers, visitors, vendors, and healthcare partners entering the store and office. You will process payments, maintain accurate records, and help keep operations organized. The role also offers development toward Retail Sales Consultant or Customer Service/Support work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track orders awaiting pickup and follow up with customers
- Process returns and restock uncollected merchandise within timelines
- Handle cash, debit, credit card, and other payments
- Assist customers, direct complex inquiries, and build positive relationships




- Support inventory organization, merchandising, stocking, and store procedures

Requirements:

- Fluent English and French, spoken and written
- Point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office experience
- Cash handling and transaction reconciliation experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Ability to stand and move merchandise up to 25 pounds
