Teach safe, technical ski and snowboard lessons at Castle Mountain Resort in remote southwestern Alberta. Build guest confidence across varied abilities.

As an experienced Level 2 Snow School Instructor, you will deliver Castle’s on-snow instructional product. You will teach children, adults, school groups, and corporate clients while managing ability splits and group dynamics. The role includes operational support and continued technical development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver safe, fun, technical lessons to varied ages
- Teach general public, school, and corporate groups
- Manage different ability levels and group dynamics
- Check in and out with supervisors
- Support resort operations and guest experiences

Requirements:

- Hold PSIC, CSIA, CASI Level 1, or equivalent
- Experience working with children or adults
- Passion for ski industry and culture
- Physically fit for diverse weather conditions
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
