This Light Duty Cleaner supports integrated facility maintenance across assigned buildings. Responsibilities include detailed cleaning, waste handling, supply replenishment, defect monitoring, and preventative maintenance. The position requires cooperation, clear communication, training participation, and adherence to Company health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and polish fixtures, appliances, mirrors, counters, and floors
- Replenish toilet paper, towels, soap, and sanitizer supplies
- Spot clean walls, doors, kick plates, and vertical surfaces




- Monitor defects including clogged urinals and lights out
- Complete high dusting, wall washing, and elevator cleaning

Requirements:

- Must function cooperatively as part of a team
- Clear and transparent communication with strong listening skills
- Willingness to participate in required training
- Ability to follow Company health and safety regulations
- Must pass a Criminal Record Check
