The AVP, IT Delivery Lead oversees multiple large programs concurrently, balancing scope, resources, dependencies, and competing priorities. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and partners while strengthening governance, risk management, and assurance. The position connects business and technical expertise across delivery. and risks Partner with executives, vendors, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience At least seven years managing large, complex projects Experience overseeing multiple projects within program structures Leadership across vendors, system integrators, and multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence Bring enterprise IT delivery, governance, dependency management, and leadership expertise to Aviva Canada’s complex program portfolio.
