Educational Assistants work one-on-one or in small groups with students in online and therapeutic centre-based environments. Under an Inclusive Education Teacher, you will support development, monitor behaviour, and help students access instruction. The team includes children, families, and TLA school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support students working toward IEP and curricular goals
- Facilitate access to teacher-directed learning materials
- Compile accurate student records and updates
- Monitor student behaviour during learning activities
- Work closely with teachers and families

Requirements:

- Post-secondary certificate in Special Education Teaching Assistance
- Experience supporting students with disabilities
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Proficiency using Gmail, Google Drive, and video conferencing
- Solid English communication and valid Ministry check
