We're looking for a hands-on, organized team player to support our customers out of our Moncton location.THE OPPORTUNITYAs our Inside Sales Representative – Parts & Warehouse, you'll be the go-to contact for parts customers in Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime provinces. You'll split your time between the phone and the warehouse floor: quoting and processing parts, tooling, and supply orders, keeping customers updated on deliveries, and managing the shipping and receiving of machines and parts. Reporting to the Vice-President, Sales, you'll play a direct role in customer satisfaction and in generating machine sales leads for our Account Representatives.WHAT YOU'LL DOHandle incoming parts calls for customers in Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime provincesEnter quotations, purchase orders,



and sales orders in our Navision ERP systemTrack orders with suppliers and keep customers informed of delivery statusDirect machine inquiries to the right Account Representative and flag sales leads from parts activityKeep customer and sales activity records current in CRM and ERPWarehouse CoordinationShip and receive machines, parts, and supplies, and record transactions in ERPArrange trucking with approved carriers and prepare bills of ladingLoad/unload and crate/uncrate machines safely using a forkliftProcess returns, label stock, set up showroom machines, and support inventory countsKeep the warehouse clean, safe, and organizedWHAT YOU BRINGParts sales and customer service experience (required)Shipping and receiving experienceValid driver's licence and forklift certificationKnowledge of woodworking machinery or parts is a robust assetBilingual English/French is an asset given our Quebec customer baseHighly organized and accurate, with a proactive, positive attitude and the ability to juggle priorities under deadlinesWHY JOIN USStable, established company with a long-standing reputation in its industryVaried role combining customer contact with hands-on warehouse workSupportive team environment that values initiative and open communicationCompetitive salary [and benefits — confirm]
