This Community Specialist executes the store’s community strategy through relationship building, events, product seeding, and studio engagement. You will develop relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and partner studios. You will also connect with guests, assess needs, provide technical product education, and support omnichannel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership to bring community strategy to life
- Manage relationships with Ambassadors and community partners
- Attend, support, or host community events
- Execute product seeding through partners and Ambassadors




- Share community metrics, insights, and recommendations with leadership

Requirements:

- One year of customer service, engagement, marketing, or community-building experience
- Legal authorization to work where the store is located
- Reliable transportation to the assigned store
- Availability for variable shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel throughout the community and attend events
