Welcome members to Altea as a Member Engagement Associate, using warm communication and attentive service during daytime weekday shifts. Work at least 25–30 hours weekly, with weekend availability considered an asset.

As the club’s first point of contact, you shape the premium member experience across the front desk, recovery services, and ProShop where applicable. You greet members by name, manage check-ins, answer account questions, and support scheduling requests. The position suits someone reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable with basic computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet members warmly and make guests feel welcome
- Manage member check-ins, guest registration, and visit details
- Assist with recovery services and ProShop needs where applicable
- Handle inquiries,

- Keep front-of-house areas clean and professionally presented

Requirements:

- Customer-facing, hospitality, or service experience
- Warm communication with people from wide-ranging backgrounds
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to workplace details
- Comfort with basic computer and check-in systems
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C, maintained annually
