Provide compassionate resident care with SE Health as a part time Health Care Aide, supporting daily living and medication assistance. This permanent position offers 30 hours biweekly.

As a Health Care Aide in a seniors living facility, you will use a client and family centered approach. Your responsibilities include personal care, hospitality services, charting, and recreational support. You will follow individual care plans, SE Health policies, and Medication Assistance Program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
- Support laundry, housekeeping, meals, and recreational activities
- Complete medication assistance according to resident care plans




- Report resident changes and pertinent concerns to the LPN
- Chart daily and participate in education programs

Requirements:

- Registration with CLHA as a Health Care Aide
- Current immunizations and TB test within one year
- Recent Criminal Reference and Vulnerable Sector Checks
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to lift approximately 55 pounds and move frequently
