PE Moulding Technicians protect product quality through equipment checks, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

The Moulding Technician maintains prescribed product quantity and quality during production. This work includes checking final products, operating HMI and robotic packaging equipment, and setting up SKU machines. Technicians also support Gesso coating, sanders, ovens, and documented mixing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure moulding meets quality specifications
- Check equipment condition and report abnormalities
- Troubleshoot basic machine performance and make adjustments
- Set up and maintain Gesso coaters, sanders, and ovens
- Document each Gesso creation process step

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Related industrial manufacturing experience is an asset
- Follow Health & Safety policies and programs
- Work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 facility
- Operate HMI and robotic packaging equipment
