About the RoleAs an integral member of the engineering team, you will lead and support the design, execution, and delivery of custom industrial systems for clients operating in heavy industrial environments. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing personnel, and fellow engineers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign hydraulic, lubrication, and custom mechanical systems for industrial applications. Prepare engineering drawings, schematics, layouts, specifications, and bills of materials. Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and technical execution. Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, vendors, and customers throughout project lifecycles. Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations and solutions. Ensure designs comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical support during fabrication, assembly, testing, installation, and commissioning. Travel periodically to customer sites throughout North America and internationally for project support, troubleshooting, and start‑up activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 57 years of progressive engineering experience within industrial, hydraulic, lubrication, fluid power, process,



or heavy equipment environments. Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) designation or eligibility considered an asset. Experience developing technical drawings, layouts, and engineering documentation. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial equipment. Experience working directly with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project coordination skills. Ability and willingness to travel as required.
