Deliver memorable guest service as a Retail Sales Associate at Buckle, using product knowledge and sales skills in an onsite store workplace.

This Sales Teammate role welcomes guests, answers merchandise questions, and recommends products based on individual needs. You will support sales goals through wardrobing, fitting assistance, promotions, and client relationships. The position also includes cashiering, merchandising, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and provide legendary service throughout the store
- Recommend merchandise and create personalized wardrobing experiences
- Demonstrate products using current knowledge and sales education
- Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and alterations preparation




- Maintain organized displays, fitting rooms, registers, and sales floor

Requirements:

- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and maneuver 30 pounds throughout store areas
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to follow payment, security, and Loss Prevention procedures
