As a Concrete Finisher, you will place, compact, finish, cure, waterproof, and repair concrete surfaces. The position includes reading blueprints, estimating materials, and preparing tenders and quotations. Work is performed physically on site, with shifts varying across morning, evening, and night schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Place concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
- Operate power vibrators to compact freshly placed concrete
- Finish surfaces using hand and power tools
- Install anchor bolts, plates, door sills, and fixtures
- Repair, resurface, and replace damaged concrete sections

Requirements:

- Secondary school graduation certificate
- One year to less than two years of experience
- Ability to read blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
- Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding work
- Authorization to work in Canada
