Deliver exceptional guest service as a Restaurant Server through accurate orders, menu expertise, and prompt dining-room support. Work requires extended standing and walking.

This Server position supports restaurant patrons with qualified, courteous service throughout their dining experience. You will explain menu and bar items, serve food and beverages, and process guest payments. The work also includes table preparation, cleaning, stocking, guest complaint handling, and compliance with Health, Food Safe, and Liquor service guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously
- Set tables, change linens,



and refill condiments
- Present bills, take payments, and address guest complaints

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong service experience engaging restaurant guests
- One to three years restaurant service experience considered an asset
- Provincially applicable alcohol service certificate
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to twenty pounds
