Key Responsibilities:

- Sell clothing, footwear, and accessories on the sales floor
- Recommend alternative or accessory merchandise to customers
- Assist customers with specialized merchandise orders
- Receive, display, stock, and restock merchandise
- Answer routine customer telephone inquiries

Requirements:

- Knowledge of retail floor sales techniques
- Ability to follow specific instructions and procedures
- Ability to resolve difficult customer service issues
- Demonstrated teamwork and merchandise knowledge
- Ability to stand and lift up to 75 pounds
