Resolve server repair and maintenance tickets as an Amazon Data Center Technician. Contractors receive approximately 10 to 15 assigned tickets daily.

This role requires one-plus years of server repair experience and computer hardware experience. You will work autonomously on support issues, maintain technology documentation, and provide initial escalation support. Basic to intermediate system administration and scripting skills support applicable remote tasks.

Requirements:
