Keep production equipment operating safely through overnight shifts by checking gauges, guards, packaging, and product standards. Hours run from 11PM to 7AM.

Under the supervision of production leaders, the Machine Operator helps lead the line and ensures equipment operates correctly. This position combines safety compliance, equipment setup, production checks, packaging changes, and timely issue resolution. Accurate documentation and explicit communication support quality production throughout each run.

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep machine safety guards correctly positioned
- Follow manufacturer safety guidelines and GMPs
- Set up and properly shut down equipment
- Follow recipes, quantities, weights, and product standards
- Change totes, bins, film, and packaging materials

Requirements:

- One year of Machine Operator manufacturing experience
- High school education or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills
- English reading and writing ability
- Capacity to lift 25 to 50 pounds

Use equipment operation, safety awareness, and production documentation skills to maintain quality during overnight manufacturing shifts.
