RVA seeks a BIM Specialist for its Water team, supporting water and wastewater infrastructure design. The position involves Revit modeling, BIM standards, execution plans, and drawing production. You will also communicate across disciplines and contribute to project information gathering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Revit models for water and wastewater infrastructure designs
- Implement RVA’s BIM execution plan across projects
- Maintain BIM standards for water and wastewater work
- Review BIM deliverables and Revit drawings for quality
- Prepare as-constructed drawings from surveys and project information

Requirements:

- Graduate of a recognized BIM Management program
- Revit experience and strong AutoCAD plan-section drawing skills
- Zero to three-plus years of relevant experience
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Superior written and oral English communication skills
