Support tenants during part-time evenings with personal assistance, medication reminders, and meaningful activities in Cogir Senior Living’s supportive housing.

The Tenant Companion promotes independence, dignity, and self-esteem within a safe, secure environment. You will provide cueing, hygiene support, secure ambulation assistance, and reminders for pre-packaged medications. The position also supports meals, social activities, suite upkeep, and tenant transitions while working collaboratively with supervisory staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide cueing and assistance with personal supports and hygiene
- Offer medication reminders according to site protocol
- Encourage meaningful social and recreational activities
- Maintain safe, clean,



and comfortable tenant spaces
- Support meal and snack delivery in relaxed dining settings

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience caring for elderly individuals preferred
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- English fluency in written and verbal communication
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
