Use electrostatic spray technology to produce consistent finishes for Savaria elevator components in a fully onsite Brampton manufacturing setting.

This Powdercoat Painter position reports to the Paint Line Supervisor and handles components requiring paint. You will prepare spray guns, apply powder, inspect finished surfaces, and perform touch-ups when needed. The Monday-to-Friday afternoon schedule runs from 3:30pm to midnight, including a $0.75 hourly premium.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare electrostatic spray guns for coating quality and thickness
- Apply even powder coats using handheld spray guns
- Use compressed air spray nozzles on elevator parts
- Check painted surfaces and correct chips or defects




- Follow safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment

Requirements:

- High School Diploma and preferred dry paint experience
- Interpret written, oral, and diagram-based instructions in English
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and stakeholders
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Lift up to 50 pounds with another person’s assistance
