Field Service MFP Technicians maintain printing systems and resolve scanning issues through in office service while supporting customers across Canada and the United States.

As an Office Systems Specialist with Konica Minolta, you maintain and repair Multi-Functional Products while resolving customer printing and scanning problems. The position combines break-fix work, customer support, call management, and accurate records supporting KPI targets. You also maintain relationships with customers and Sales, learn new technologies, and manage territory parts inventory. English proficiency is required for regular communication across Canada and outside Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve printing issues
- Perform on-site service for Multi-Functional Products
- Manage parts, calls, records,



and KPI targets
- Support existing customers through referrals and product promotion
- Follow KMBS policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Electronic Engineering Technology certificate or equivalent preferred
- Install and troubleshoot basic printing and scanning solutions
- Understand basic print colour theory
- Hold a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Travel within Canada and the United States with valid passport
