and problem-solvingActively participate in training and development programs, applying technical knowledge in the field and on the jobThis program gives the participant a deeper understanding of the theory and practice of Drilling and Cementing technologiesQualifications2-year technical diploma in Petroleum Technology, or other oil & gas-focused technical programs is requiredValid Class 5 Driver's License with clean driver's abstract, no suspensions or restrictions; potential for Class 1 Mandatory Entry-Level Training (M.E.L.T.)Strong mechanical aptitude and foundational troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in extreme weather conditions on a 24-hour on-call scheduleDemonstrated commitment to teamwork, Safety, and continuous learningCandidates with prior Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WCSB) experience in oil and gas, heavy industrial, or mechanical environments will be given preferenceOur Commitment to DevelopmentAt Sanjel Energy Services, we are committed to building the next generation of field professionals.
